Engineering, Procurement and Construction of complete platform (structure for Jacket, Deck, Flare, n.4 foundation piles) mechanical items supply & piping plant, chemical and process skids, packages, E/I plants installation, painting and insulation, including E/I shelter and Technical Room, onshore test and pre-commissioning, load-out & sea fastening, hook-up and commissioning up to start-up assistance.

EPC WHP2 OIL PTF CONSTRUCTION – ENI Congo

CONSTRUCTION of complete oil PLATFORM including structure for Jacket, Deck, Flare and n.6 foundation piles (DN 762 piles).
All the mechanical items supply & piping plant, chemical skids and process skids, packages, E/I plants installation, full painting and insulation) including NEW E/I shelter supply, diesel power generation pkg supply, platform crane, safety equipment, onshore test and pre-commissioning, load-out & sea fastening on cargo barge, transportation to site.
Preservation on platform for equipments and systems for COVID-19 stop.

2014/2015  

EPC LITCHENDJILI OIL/GAS PTF – DECK CONSTRUCTION & ptf comm – ENI Congo 

CONSTRUCTION of complete PLATFORM DECK (structure for Deck, Flare, mechanical & piping plant, skids, packages, E/I plants, painting and insulation) including E/I technical rooms, HVAC/compressed air rooms, Control room, Survival shelter (for 8 people) with Helideck, compression module, onshore test and pre-commissioning, load-out & sea fastening, transportation to site, hook-up and commissioning up to 8 oil and gas wells start-up.

2011/2012  

EPC GUENDALINA PTF CONSTRUCTION – ENI Italia

CONSTRUCTION of complete PLATFORM (structure for Monopod, Deck, Flare, foundation piles, mechanical & piping plant, skids, E/I plant, painting and insulation) including onshore test and pre-commissioning, load-out & sea fastening, transportation to site, hook-up and commissioning up to start-up assistance.
Deck: 500 tons, Jacket: 350 tons, Piles: 300 tons

2006/2008  

EPC ANA, VESNA, IRINA PTF CONSTRUCTION – INAgip doo

CONSTRUCTION of complete and very similar ANA, VESNA, IRINA PLATFORMs (structure for Monopod, Deck, Flare, foundation piles, mechanical & piping plant, skids, E/I plant, painting and insulation) including onshore test and pre-commissioning, load-out & sea fastening, transportation to site, hook-up and commissioning up to start-up assistance.
ANA weights: Deck: 500 tons, Monopod: 450 tons, Piles: 350 tons, VESNA weights: Deck: 500 tons, Monopod: 450 tons, Piles: 350 tons, IRINA weights: Deck: 500 tons, Monopod: 450 tons, Piles: 350 tons, The platforms were built in different shipyards: ANA Monopod in GA shipyard in Lerici (Italy) and ANA, VESNA, IRINA DECKs and VESNA and IRINA Monopods in GA shipyard in BAKAR (Croatia).
The EPC works include supply materials and revamping of the mechanical and E/I plant of existing IKA/IDA fields platforms.

2004/2006  

EPC IVANA K & IVANA C PTF CONSTRUCTION – INAgip doo

CONSTRUCTION of complete IVANA K PLATFORM (structure for Jacket, Deck, Flare, Bridge, foundation piles, mechanical & piping plant, skids, E/I plant, painting and insulation) including E/I technical rooms, HVAC/compressed air rooms, Control room, onshore test and pre-commissioning, load-out & sea fastening, transportation to site, hook-up and commissioning. Deck: 1800 tons, Jacket: 750 tons, Piles: 450 tons. The contract includes the revamping of existing mechanical and E/I plant of IVANA A platform (connected by Bridge 60m).
CONSTRUCTION of complete IVANA C PLATFORM (structure for Monopod, Deck, Flare, foundation piles, mechanical & piping plant, skids, E/I plant, painting and insulation) including onshore test and pre-commissioning, load-out & sea fastening, transportation to site, hook-up and commissioning.
Deck: 300 tons, Jacket: 300 tons, Piles: 300 tons

2001/2002  

EPC EMILIO PTF CONSTRUCTION – ENI Italia

CONSTRUCTION of complete PLATFORM (structure for Jacket, Deck, Flare, foundation piles, mech & piping system, skids, E/I system, painting & insulation), including E/I technical rooms, Control room, survival shelter (for 4 people), test & pre-commissioning, load-out & sea fastening, transportation to site, hook-up and commissioning up to start-up assistance.
Deck: 800 tons, Jacket: 700 tons, Piles: 600 tons
The EPC works include the revamping of the existing onshore facilities of the receiving plant.

1999/2000 

EPC BARBARA T2 PTF CONSTRUCTION – ENI Italia

CONSTRUCTION of complete Compression PLATFORM (structure for Jacket, Deck, Flare, foundation piles, mechanical & piping plant, skids, E/I plant, painting and insulation) including E/I technical rooms, HVAC/compressed air rooms, Control room, onshore test and pre-commissioning, load-out & sea fastening, transportation to site, hook-up and commissioning up to start-up assistance.
Deck: 2000 tons, Jacket: 900 tons, Piles: 600 tons
