EXISTING SPM APPROACH PTF EXTRAORDINARY MAINTENANCE & OFFSHORE REVAMPING – API IP FALCONARA
MATERIALS supply, FABRICATION REVAMPING offshore lifting and dismantling/re-installation and commissioning, relevant to the SPM platform.
Job includes offshore dismantling of the topside structures: n.1 external ring DN 25,2m for 140 tons, n.1 supporting cross with shear fenders, dim. about 20m x 20m for 180 tons and relevant re-installation.
New shelter supply 9,1m x 2,5m x 3,0m h, including: photovoltaic panels and Eolic generator, diesel moto-generator, electrical & instrumentation switchboards.

EPCI for BOA R2 FABRICATION and REPLACEMENT – API Raffineria Di Roma - Italia
FABRICATION of topside rotating bearing system for TANKER receiver (rotating bearing of DN4000mm, piping, equipments, E/I system, painting) including prefabricated E/I SHELTER (15 tons), completed by: PMCC/ICSS/UPS boards, Batteries, HVAC system, etc., onshore test & pre-commissioning, load-out & sea fastening, marine transportation, offshore lifting, installation, hook-up & commissioning up to start-up.
The activity includes the dismantling of existing rotating bearing and structures and piping lines.
Topside new structure: 130 tons, main offshore lifting 90 tons.

REFURBISHMENT & INTEGRATION OF N.5 PORT BOATS – ARSENALE MILITARE
The contract includes the activities of refurbishment on n.5 existing port boats: GP56, GP57, GP58, GP61, GP66, relevant to the MILITARY ARSENAL of La Spezia – Italy.
For each item, in particular, the works have covered the following:
• Pick up of existing port boat and transportation, with our cargo barge, to our shipyard. • Positioning onto our shipyard (270 tons the heaviest lifted by our cranes)• Thickness control of the entire shell and renewal of deteriorated sheets
• Renovation of deteriorated structures and Anodes replacement • Verification and restoration of load/unload ballast systems • Check and restore of existing electrical system • Valve and maneuver maintenance work • Sandblasting, painting and Final Testing • Final delivery to the Customer, at the end of works.

ELECTRICAL & INSTRUMENTATION plant erection: Over than 240km of electrical and control cables, L.E.R.: two levels fully insulated, with TRAFO room, UPS room, Electrical room, Control room, TRAFO: n.1 trafo HV, n.1 trafo MT, n.1 trafo MT/LT (6KV/400V), LOAD-OUT: Load-out config.: 4000 tons, total of n.184 axles each barge, with ATLANTE 400’ cargo barge, TEST & ONSHORE CHECK LIST: mechanical completion & on-shore pre-comm., total of: 13.000 check sheet for each barge. DISMANTLED MATERIALS for shipping: over than n.130 standard 40’ containers SUPERVISION AT SITE for piping reconnection. Final configuration of each BARGE: 95m x 16m x 15m, for a total final weight of 4700 tons each.
