Construction engineering, material supply, fabrication, erection, mechanical completion and pre-commissioning, load-out & sea fastening, transportation to site transportation, offshore installation with a SINGLE LIFT of a module composed by:
3 level decks, 12 x 12 mt, 250 tons, fully equipped of mechanical item, piping lines, valves, E/I equipment, cables and cable trays. The main items have been supplied by Client
GA has performed the EPC of n. 4 vessels to be installed on the module as well. The vessels are in Inox and Super Duplex.

The Contract includes: structural and piping skid fabrication, completion and pre-commissioning, 1 pressure vessel in C.S. with overlay in INCONEL 625, 1 pressure vessel in INCONEL 625, 2 pressure vessels in C.S. as loose items.

EPC WHP3 OIL PTF SUPPLY of EQUIPMENTS, SKIDS – ENI Congo
Engineering, supply, onshore fabrication and transportation to site of n.1 fully equipped E/I SHELTER, of 25 tons, composed by architectural & structural fabrication, A60 insulation classification, internal lining, completed by: PMCC, ICSS switchboards, UPS and batteries, E/I systems, HVAC system, detection and fixed fire-fighting system, etc.
SUPPLY and transportation to site of: n.1 launching trap, n.3 chemical skids including chemical storage tanks, WHCP, Platform crane, SDV unit 0190, platform vessels & tanks.

EPC WHP4 OIL PTF REFURBISHMENT & TOPSIDE INTEGRATION – ENI Congo
The contract includes three work steps:
1°) REFURBISHMENT and improvement of structure of existing JACKET and DECK in Louisiana (USA) and transportation from there to CONGO;
2°) PREFABRICATION in Italy at GA workshop/shipyard of n.4+2 foundation piles, boat landing, mechanical & piping equipments and system, skids & packages;
3°) final TOPSIDE INTEGRATION of complete PLATFORM in Congo and offshore hook-up works and final commissioning;
TOPSIDE INTEGRATION includes the complete PLATFORM completion (structure of Jacket and Deck improvement (boat landing, additional structures reinforcements, etc.), Flare completion, installation of mechanical & piping plant, skids, packages, E/I plant, painting and insulation) including onshore test and pre-commissioning in Congo, load-out & sea fastening, transportation to offshore installation site, hook-up and commissioning up to start-up assistance.
The contract includes the separate fabrication of two levels E/I SHELTER, composed by architectural & structural fabrication, PMCC/ICSS/UPS switchboards, Batteries, E/I systems, HVAC system, etc. Deck: 1100 tons, Jacket: 500 tons, Piles: 650 tons
E/I SHELTER: 80 tons.

Deck weight: 900 tons.
