History and Activities
In the second half of the 60s the founder, Comm. Walter Antonini, started a small artisan company in the field of shipbuilding, some years later undertook carpentry works from first light until you reach the type of industrial assembly activities. In the next two decades the industrial activity has established itself solidly, the company enters the field of offshore construction, providing immediate high workmanship and quality facilities, such as jacket, deck, barge, modules, etc ...; in this field soon it acquired considerable expertise and specialization, expanding its services to major Oil international companies.
The Groppoli di Mulazzo branch is now a renewed and dynamic organization that provides engineering-design services, construction-assembly and maintenance of offshore facilities, onshore and for the storage, processing, Separation, Filtration Gas and Crude Oil in refineries. Also it produces lines of Gas Transportation, Power Systems and Control systems, Naval Blocks and steelwork all shapes and sizes, transferring and assembling its products in every part of the world. The Company is historical partner of Eni S.p.A. in the design and construction of oil platforms, while also handling the Specific and Programmed Maintenance onboard all platforms and onshore power plants of Eni S.p.A.
Groppoli di Mulazzo premises are located on a surface of 18.596 m², of which 8.396 m² are roofed. Plants and buildings have been designed according to the latest safety and production criteria, as well as criteria of compatibility between premises and surrounding landscape.
